We are truly volunteers

We are a local, community-based organization supporting residents in the Heber-Overgaard area in their time of need. We are glad to work with other charitable organizations in the area to ensure that appropriate assistance is available when most necessary. Popular crowdfunding platforms absorb a large percentage of the donations, while HOSS makes sure every cent is donated to the cause.

We inspire our locals to give back to the community

When a community member is struggling to pay unexpected bills due to the loss of a loved one, sudden illness, or some other terrible tragedy, what better way to help them through their grief than joining together as a community to pull them through their struggle?

We offer a raffle-based incentive for donating to HOSS

All freewill donations are appreciated and will go towards the cause, but we also offer custom-printed apparel and merchandise as well as raffle items for purchase. Check out our online store to unlock items that are up for raffle!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do the merchandise raffles work?

Each item listed in our store displays how many tickets need to be purchased before the item is “unlocked” for raffle. For example, if 20 tickets must be sold before the item is unlocked, it will remain available until the quota is met.

What types of payment do you accept on your website?

We accept all credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash-App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I just make a donation without buying a raffle ticket?

Of course, and thank you for your support. Please click on the DONATE option in the header to make a donation.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, just like any other online store, a receipt will be emailed to you. You will also be contacted when the item you have purchased a ticket for is ready for raffle.

If I win, how do I receive my item?

Local pickup and shipping is available. Since each raffle item being sold is a ticket in our Online Store until the winner is unveiled, we will contact the winner separately to discuss delivery options. Apparel items that are available for outright purchase have a flat rate shipping of $5.00.

Can I purchase more than one ticket for an item?

Most definitely! The faster the tickets are sold, the sooner the item will be raffled.
